corrective exercisesOne of our major focus points is to maintain fluidity in our treatment plan. By teaching and incorporating selective exercises to each patient’s plan, we create a focus upon the importance of strength and conditioning of specific muscles and soft tissues, helping stabilize the possibility of future re-occurrences.

All of our exercises can be performed in our clinic, as well as in the privacy of your home, and can help your spinal condition by as much as 30-40%.

We also focus on the importance of stretching to create a balance between skeletal muscle, soft tissue as well as connective tissue. Our in-depth, non evasive program will allow you to understand and perform all the required exercises.
